After surviving a near fatal brain aneurysm requiring 12 hours of intensive brain surgery, 3 months of rehabilitation and then a year later the death of his wife and mother of his 2-year-old daughter, he went on to become a leader as a Real Estate Professional continually finishing in the top percentile for sales and service with Royal LePage since 1993. His enthusiasm and ability to motivate has allowed him to help thousands of Families make their home on Vancouver Island. Chris, like many others in Parksville/Qualicum, wasn’t always from here. In 1994, his family made the cross-country journey from St. John’s, Newfoundland, to Nanaimo, and after exploring Canada, he’s confident Vancouver Island is where he’s meant to be. With a BBA in marketing from Vancouver Island University and experience in local media and Canadian Blood Services, Chris learned the importance of genuine customer service and building lasting relationships. Since transitioning into real estate in 2016, he’s been excited to share his love for the beautiful Parksville/Qualicum and Nanaimo areas, where he lives, works, and plays.

Laura is a born and raised Islander. Growing up in Qualicum Beach, Laura swam competitively with the Ravensong Breakers Swim Team from the age of 7 to 18. After graduating from Kwalikum Secondary School, she began her career in customer service as she loves to work with the community and catering to peoples needs. Laura looks forward to bringing her customer service experience to help all of our valued clients at the Ohs Marketing Team.
