About Rob Ohs

Rob was first licensed as a REALTOR in March of 1991. As a REALTOR in his early 20’s with a young family Rob had to figure out quickly how to compete in a very competitive business. His background in competitive hockey first as a player and then as a coach is what Rob drew on in those early years of his Real Estate Career. What he lacked in experience was compensated by effort and a willingness to learn. At the start of his career Rob was fortunate to work with some great professionals that helped him understand the level of commitment it takes to be a market leader. He credits much of his success to those lessons learned at the beginning of his career. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, Rob was honored to be awarded Royal LePage’s National Chairman’s Club, which recognizes REALTORS who continually strive in pursuit of achieving excellence in customer service and sales as well as REALTORS who have reached the top 1% of Royal LePage’s national network of REALTORS.

Fast forward to today and Rob has the business that he always envisioned. Rob has developed a Real Estate Team that truly leads the market with the most innovative marketing system. Platinum Marketing ensures that every listing that Ohs Marketing takes is marketed like its a million dollar show home. With a great team, Rob feels this is the prime of his career and is looking forward to meeting the challenge of maintaining a leading role in the Oceanside market.

Rob was raised in Parksville/Qualicum Beach and feels lucky that he and his family can call Oceanside their home. When not working in his Real Estate business Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends in a relaxed setting usually close to the beach or golf course.
